  • DO WE ACCEPT WALK-INS?

    Yes, we do. But all online booked appointments have priority. It is best to book online.

    We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. Being late may cause a delay in your game.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING / LATE ARRIVALS?

    We understand things come up and plans change. Once an activity has been booked, there is no money back. However, if you are going to be late to your appointment or need to reschedule, we must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the booking time. You can do this by calling 419.617.1864.


     Once bookings are made, they cannot be refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
